Weekly Car Guide: July 5, 2004 - The Car Connection
Just in time for summer, Kelly Blue Book issues its top ten vehicles for summer list. The organizations sliced the list into ten categories, only including two domestic cars in the bunch - Ford F-150 is KBB's top towing vehicle and the Jeep Wrangler is the top off-roader. Other winners include the Nissan 350Z Roadster (best coastal driver); Honda Element (best beach-bumming vehicle); Scion tC (best boulevard cruiser); Subaru Forester (best camper car); and BMW 645Ci (best car to be seen in). KBB's cars of summer may have been more exotic, except the list was limited to the under $75k. Various factors, such as capability, safety, sex-appeal, and functionality went into making the list.
