Lamacchia says that officials from Honda will soon visit the dealership to discuss exactly what changes will be required. He says he's not sure how many square feet of additional space will be required or how many square feet the dealership presently occupies. Lamacchia estimates that the renovation is likely to cost between $750,000 and $1 million and begin within the next six months.

Because they can talk to a real person, it immediately becomes more engaging and the brand experience is extremely positive. The beauty of this service is that there is no set path for the consumer.
