The Honda Odyssey gets the highest scores in reviews, narrowly topping the Toyota Sienna, mainly when it comes to handling. Redesigned for the 2005 model year, the Odyssey has a new look, new safety features, more legroom, a third row of fold-down seats and an optional fuel-saving V6 (now the best in its class). The Odyssey has a great reliability record, high resale value, excellent safety marks, a car-like ride that experts say is fun to drive, and has plenty of power. The Toyota Sienna slipped into a close second place overall this year after briefly topping the Honda Odyssey the past couple of years.
